Mercy - an important category of Catholic pedagogy God is the One who is present, close, holy, and merciful. An important task of every Christian is to recognise the merciful look of Jesus Christ. He is the only hope for sinful people. Mercy is the bridge that connects God and man, opening our hearts to the hope of being loved forever despite our sinfulness.
